We deliver to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and selected areas in the UAE.

• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 3 PM

• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons

3.3 Delivery Charges

• Free delivery on orders above AED 300

• Standard delivery charges apply for orders below threshold

4. Product Care

4.1 Flower Care

• Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care

• Follow provided care instructions for maximum longevity

• We are not responsible for flowers damaged due to improper care

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before scheduled delivery

• Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once processed

5.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days

• Refund method will match the original payment method
