General Delivery Policy

For all flower deliveries, we require someone to be available to receive the order, along with a working local phone number to ensure smooth coordination.

Deliveries to Businesses

A phone number for the recipient is essential, as some commercial buildings may have strict policies regarding perishable items. When necessary, we'll contact the recipient or their representative to arrange pickup from the lobby or reception area.

Important: We cannot be held responsible if the recipient is out of the office or traveling. In such cases, we'll need to reschedule the delivery, and additional charges may apply.

Deliveries to Residences

We will contact the recipient directly to arrange a convenient 2-hour delivery window when someone will be available at home. If they're unavailable during the scheduled time, the sender will be required to pay a re-delivery fee before we attempt delivery again.

How Are My Flowers Delivered?

All our arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:

• Dubai: Our skilled delivery team personally ensures your flowers are transported and delivered in pristine condition

• Other Emirates: We partner with a reliable courier service that specializes in handling delicate floral arrangements safely

Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?

While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, you can choose your preferred delivery window when placing your order. Due to Dubai's traffic conditions, we'll do our best to meet your requested timeframe. If delays occur, we'll notify you in advance to reschedule.

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

Dubai: Same-day delivery within 2-4 hours of order placement (for orders placed before 3 PM)

Other Emirates: Next-day delivery between 1 PM and 10 PM. Orders placed after 10 PM will be delivered the following day.

Unsure of the Recipient's Exact Location?

No problem! Simply provide us with the recipient's name and phone number, and we'll coordinate the exact location and delivery time directly with them.

Not Satisfied with the Condition of Your Flowers?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any of your flowers arrive damaged or not meeting our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll provide a free replacement immediately.
